I just bought something and now it's on sale! Can I have the sale price?

The sale price is not retroactive and cannot be applied to any purchases outside of the sale dates.

Can my purchase be refunded?

All sale prices are final sale and cannot be refunded for any reason.

Can I share my membership?

Yes! Punch cards can be shared among immediate family (parents, spouses, siblings, or children). If you would like to share your punch card with your family, just let us know; the sharing feature is not enabled by default but we are happy to enable it for you.

 

Monthly memberships and private lesson packs cannot be shared.​

I want to buy prepaid months but I already have a membership/I won't be able to start classes yet. Can I buy them now but start the membership later?

Yes! We can adjust the start date of your monthly membership after you purchase. Just reach out via email and let us know.

How do I use the summer camp voucher?

Once our summer 2026 camp registrations are live, you will be able to sign up for one camp using the voucher online.

I am in the military/want to use family discount/etc. Can I apply those?

Discounts and sale prices cannot be combined.

What if I need to cancel or pause my prepaid membership?

Prepaid 6-month and 12-month memberships can be paused; 6-mo can be paused once, 12-mo can be paused twice. Each pause is for one month at a time. Memberships cannot be refunded for any reason, even partial refunds for unused months. Memberships can be transferred one time by emailing us.
