When you pick your party size (small, medium, or large), you can invite up to that many participants. We need an accurate headcount at least one week before your party because we utilize specialized staffing and need to ensure we have enough available coaches. Additional participants cannot be added within one week of your event. Please note there is a minimum of five participants. For example, if only four people show up, you are still charged for five people.Parents and chaperones are only included if they are also participating in the party. They are welcome to drop their children off for the duration of the party or come inside to socialize!

For kids parties, we start at age 6, and it is typically recommended for all participants to be around the same age. Younger participants can join a party if they have a chaperone with them to help themFor teen/adult parties, we welcome all ages!

Every participant will need a waiver signed and it is easier to do that beforehand to make check-ins smoother the day of the event. Please send this link to your guest list ahead of time. For participants under age 18, parents/guardian will need to make a profile and then add their children.Participants should wear comfortable exercise clothing and clean shoes they can jump around in. They will only take their shoes off for designated portions. For aerial silks parties, participants will be barefoot at all times in the aerials room and should wear clothing that covers their armpits and knees. Jewelry, zippers, belt buckles, and anything else that can catch on the fabric are not allowed on the fabrics because they can snag and damage them. Please avoid long nails and excessive lotion/body oils.We recommend bringing your own water bottle. We have a water cooler available to refill your bottles.
