Acro tumbling takes the best parts of gymnastics and tricking & freerunning and combines them into one class. Students will work on basic skills like rolls, cartwheels, and bridges and progress into more advanced skills like flips, back handsprings, and more. These are great classes for both beginners and advanced students. Our coaches are great at adjusting to your individual level.
Adult Acro Tumbling (ages 15+)
Adult acro tumbling combines the best of gymnastics and tricking & freerunning into one class. We'll be learning and building upon fundamental skills like handstands, cartwheels, bridges, and rolls, and advancing to flips, handsprings, etc.
No intro required; intro to parkour is recommended
Kids Flips & Freerunning (ages 9-14)
White band & up (Intro to parkour required)
