We have zero experience with parkour (I literally mean never tried it in our lives). We are also both plus size people and Iâm 29 and sheâs 39 so we arenât super young either so I was a little nervous going in. We had the best coach. He was funny, helpful, knowledgeable, encouraging and patient... Overall it was a great experience and would go again!
